"Anna and her team turned our hundred-year-old farmhouse into the calmest, warmest space we've ever lived in. The white oak alone made the kitchen feel like a different house."

Common questions

Real answers. No fluff.

Have one we didn't cover? Call the studio — we love talking floors.

01 Do you carry samples I can take home? +

Yes — every material we sell. After your first studio visit, we'll send you home with three to five 12×12 samples to live with for a week. No deposit, no rush.

02 Hardwood, tile, or stone — which is right for my room? +

It depends on traffic, moisture, and how the room is used. Hardwood is unbeatable for living spaces. Tile and stone are best for kitchens and baths. Sisal and natural fiber suit bedrooms and dens. We'll walk you through it on the studio visit.

03 How long does a typical project take? +

From first studio visit to walk-through, plan on 8–12 weeks. Materials need 4–6 weeks to arrive and 5 days to acclimate on-site. Install itself is usually 1–2 weeks per home.

04 Do you handle radiant heat & sub-floor prep? +

Yes. Radiant heat compatibility is checked on every install. We measure sub-floor moisture, level any deflection, and lay an appropriate vapor barrier as part of the quote.

05 What's your warranty? +

Lifetime craftsmanship guarantee on every install. Material warranty follows the manufacturer (typically 25–50 years). We come back at year one for a free care visit and recoat where needed.
